On my recent trip to Europe I went to Stockholm for a few days. My first trip and I absolutely LOVED it – the beautiful harbor area, the small narrow streets around the royal palace and all the small trendy shops. And of course having a restaurant I enjoyed the fresh seafood – especially the salmon and crayfish. So watch out – you will soon see some Swedish inspired dishes on our menu. Bought a Swedish cooking book about cooking with salmon and together with my chef Aree, we are slowly working our way through it. Bon appétit!!!
